In tandem with launching an all-new disability networking company, Able+, founder Ian Coker wanted a strategy to help him reach those who need help in more rural areas of Australia. Those who find it difficult to connect with NDIS providers because they are isolated, and who may not know about the amazing services that are available. Hence, he launched Able Pod.
Through the power of podcasting, Ian is able to reach Australians living with disability, who would otherwise not have the same opportunities as those living near the bigger cities. Throughout the podcast series, Ian has real, raw conversations with individuals who have been affected by disability in their life, whether they are carers, NDIS providers or sufferers themselves. Ian firmly believes that one conversation has the power to change a life, and that conversation starts at Able Pod.
